macOS How to create an ISO from a CD or DVD

Put in your CD or DVD, Open Terminal, type:

>ls /Volumes

Find the volume in the list, then type where /path/to/volume is the CD or DVD you want:

>hdiutil makehybrid -iso -joliet -o Image.iso /path/to/volume
